A short history of Dennis Graham & Associates :

Dennis Graham established a one-man practice in Kempton Park on the 1^st of September 1981 under the name of DRAWING CENTRE which brought reality to a 10 year dream of Dennis having his own full-time practice. During the former ten years Dennis had operated under the name of  D.G. DRAWING CENTRE.

The full spectrum of normal architectural services  i.e. project appraisal, conceptual design, design development, technical and contract documentation and supervision are provided to numerous clients on a great diversity of projects. Detailed list of work undertaken

As project leader, we have grouped together a professional team to handle the architectural, structural, civil, electrical, geotechnical, mechanical, land surveying, quantity surveying and town planning aspects of any project. Associated Practices

Since 1990, after the establishment of the current practice, DENNIS GRAHAM & ASSOCIATES cc, we can also offer our clients a comprehensive project management service.

A network of computers is available for architectural, engineering and other design, data processing and administration functions. The system includes the latest sophisticated computer-aided design and draughting workstations, setting new standards in speed and drawing accuracy. The system is continuously being updated.

The practice also realises its social commitment and has established a BUILDING CLINIC, to assist the community by co-ordinating the design, specification, plan approval, contract administration, assessment of payment certificates, supervision of the building process and inspection of construction work in order to eliminate any exploitation of an inexperienced consumer.
